The dish par excellence of our area!
We make our canederli by hand according to the traditional recipe, adding to the base made from stale bread, milk and eggs, our top-quality speck, tasty mountain cheese or spinach.

The canederli can be served with the cooking broth or even dry served with melted butter.

Roasted meats

Roasted meats are a culinary classic, a dish that calls to mind an atmosphere of celebration and conviviality.
In our counters you can find some of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, guinea fowl, great for oven cooking.

Preparing a roast begins with choosing a good quality of meat; cuts such as thigh, tenderloin, sirloin or loin are often used for our roasts because they offer a tender texture and rich flavor.

We marinate and season them with herbs, spices, oil-based sauce, vinegar and herbs to make our roasts even tastier.
