The authentic taste of Bellunese tradition
We are very attached to our traditional cuisine and our origins, which is why our butchers work the dough for the mouthwatering Pastin Bellunese completely by hand, mixing together finely minced pork and beef, salt, pepper and a mixture of spices to make it flavorful.
The Pastin has a classic flattened round shape and it is usually grilled and served with polenta, but it can be eaten raw spread on bread.
